Each guest has a wallet for your event, topped up in the HAP app or at a recharge desk.
Recharge desks
HAP Recharge sells tickets and tops up wallets for cash or card, against an opening float, with a blind count at close.
Counter point of sale
HAP Counter takes orders for food, drink and merchandise, routes them to whoever prepares them and debits the wallet. No cash drawer at the counter.
Keeps going offline
Sales queue on the phone when the network drops and pass through nearby phones that still have a connection.
Stock you can explain
Stock is a journal of movements, signed at the start and end of each shift, so a difference has a reason.
Order ahead in the app
Guests can order from a counter in the HAP app and collect with a token number.

Set up counters and menus
Add your counters, products and prices in the console.

Open the desks
Recharge staff start a shift with a float; counter staff start theirs with a stock count.

Guests top up and pay
Top up at the desk or in the app, then pay at any counter.

Close and reconcile
Every desk and counter closes its shift, and the event settlement shows sales by counter.

How do guests add money?
In the HAP app, or at a recharge desk with cash or card.
What happens if the network goes down?
Counters and desks queue sales on the phone and send them when there is a connection, including through a nearby phone that has one.
Is HAP Pay available at every event?
No. It runs at events that set up counters with HAP. Talk to the events team about your venue and counters.

HAP Recharge at the desk and HAP Counter at the bar or stall, both on Google Play, each joined with a code you issue.
