Questions organisers ask
Do I need both an email and a phone number for each guest?
No. Either one is enough. A complimentary pass goes to whichever you give, or both.
Can people ask for a pass to my event?
Yes, if you make the event invite-only. They sign in and request passes, and you approve or decline each request.
Do guests get a real ticket?
Yes. Every pass is a ticket with its own QR, scanned at the gate like a paid one.
Can I send invitations on WhatsApp?
Booking confirmations already go out on WhatsApp. Guest invitations go by email for now, and for a guest added with only a phone number you get a link to share with them.
