HAP (Hangout And Play)

HAP FOR ORGANISERS · ENTRY

QR ticket check-in that works without a network.

HAP CheckIn turns your gate staff’s phones into scanners. It keeps the guest list on the phone, answers in under a second, and keeps working when the venue’s mobile network does not.

Questions organisers ask

Does check-in work without internet?

Yes. The guest list is on the phone and every ticket carries a signed code, so scanning works with no network. Check-ins sync when the connection returns, and phones share them over Bluetooth in the meantime.

Can the same ticket be used twice?

No. A ticket used at one gate is refused at the others, including offline, because gate phones pass check-ins to each other over Bluetooth.

Do attendees need the HAP app?

No. The gate scans the QR from the email, a screenshot or a printout.

What phones does it run on?

HAP CheckIn is on Google Play for Android phones. Staff need a join code from you to use it.
