Event teams often rely on tools that don’t talk to each other.
Ticketing lives in one tool. Entry in another. Crew updates stay in chats. Counters close in spreadsheets. HAP connects the workflows that need to move together.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT
The questions organisers ask.
Clear answers before you decide how HAP fits your event.
Create an organiser account, set up your organisation and complete onboarding, then build your event in the workspace. New organisations are verified before their first event goes live, and each event is submitted for approval before it is published. You can keep building while that happens.
No. Regular event organisers can build and publish independently. Larger productions that need devices, cashless counters or on-ground planning work with the HAP events team, who you can contact at any point.
Enrolled gate devices can keep checking tickets without a network and queue what they scan. Supported HAP devices can also share updates locally over Bluetooth, and everything synchronises when connectivity returns. What is available depends on the event, the enabled workflows and the devices in use.
Yes. Invite team members to your workspace with role-based permissions, so gate teams, finance, crew and administrators see only what they need.
Multi-day events are supported: ticket types can admit on specific days, and venues you save can be reused across your events. For a production that spans several venues at once, talk to the events team about the right setup.
Ticket sales, refunds and your settlement are reconciled in one statement per event. HAP’s commission and settlement timelines are agreed for your event rather than published on this page, so ask before you commit. Refunds follow the published refund policy.
No. Tickets arrive by email and appear in My Tickets. The HAP app adds schedules, wayfinding, top-ups and help where the event supports them.
For larger productions, the HAP events team plans the setup with you, including gates, crews and counters. What on-ground support is included depends on your event, so confirm it when you get in touch.
