Questions organisers ask
How do buyers pay?
Online by UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. The ticket is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How do buyers get their tickets?
By email, with a QR code the gate scans, and a booking confirmation on WhatsApp. Tickets are also in My Tickets on hap.live and in the HAP app. Attendees do not need the app to get in.
Can I sell free tickets or passes?
Yes. A ticket type can be free; people book a pass the same way as a paid ticket, so you still know who is coming.
What does it cost?
HAP’s commission and settlement timeline are agreed for your event rather than published on this page. Talk to the events team before you commit.
What happens if I cancel the event?
Buyers are refunded in full, including fees and taxes, to the original payment method.
